Some Girls are Bigger than Others

Premiered in July 2005 at the Lyric Hammersmith Theatre in London, later touring the United Kingdom.

Critically praised (and loathed) for it's non-traditional theatre techniques, the show was co-created with Andrew Wale and choreographed by Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui. The songs of the iconic band, The Smiths, were re-scored for String Quartet and pre-recorded rhythmic elements, and performed by a cast of six. Using the songs as narrative, and non-linear story telling, the show was a multi-media event. "This story is old, but it goes on"
